While driving to another jeweler I’d done business with in the past, I googled the ‘best jeweler for watch repair near me’. Isy’s came up. It is downtown and close to the college where I’m employed. I entered and was kindly greeted by a young lady. I asked her about taking a few links out of a Bulova I received as a Christmas gift. She was very professional and let me know that it could be done, and if more or less links needed to be adjusted once I tried the watch on, she would make certain the fit was perfect. I was expecting to leave the watch there and be called at a later date. But she went in the back and was done in about 5 minutes. I was shocked because the other place I frequented took nearly a week to replace some batteries for my Movado watches. Well, it’s time to have batteries replaced again, and Isy’s has totally earned my business as a new customer. I really like their timing and customer service.
