- Where is Isy's Fine Jewelry located?
- We're at 409 N Grant Ave in Odessa, Texas, open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, and closed Sunday.
- How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
- Most custom engagement rings at Isy's fall between $2,500 and $12,000, depending on the center stone, metal, and setting complexity. We design to your budget and quote before any work begins.
- How long does custom jewelry take to make?
- Four to six weeks from approved design to finished piece. Rush timelines of two to three weeks are available for proposals and anniversaries.
- Do you ship jewelry outside of Texas?
- Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States, fully insured and signature-required, and we'll talk you through the options when you send your inquiry.
- Can you reset stones from an inherited piece?
- We do it often. Bring the piece in and we'll evaluate the stones, recommend a setting, and rebuild it as something wearable today.
- Do you offer appraisals and repairs?
- Yes — written appraisals for insurance, plus resizing, prong retipping, rhodium plating, chain repair, and stone replacement, all done in-house.
